Then we install it cleanly — structured cabling, labeled patch panels, business-grade Wi-Fi — and document everything so you're never dependent on guesswork.
After installation we can manage the network for you: monitoring, firmware updates, guest access, and quick fixes when something misbehaves, so flaky Wi-Fi never becomes a workday problem.
Recent installs: Edgewater House & Mariner Court
Two Rehoboth Beach-area condo buildings, unified onto managed UniFi networks. Before, it was patchy per-unit Wi-Fi extenders; now it's one network the whole property roams on. We've standardized on UniFi as our go-to platform since 2018, and manage 14 sites on it today.
Edgewater House (54 units, 5 floors)
Concrete-and-steel construction was killing Wi-Fi signal throughout the building, and residents had responded with 15-20 different extension-router networks with no shared roaming between them. Starting in 2019, we replaced all of it with a managed UniFi network. It's since been upgraded to a UDM-SE gateway, four switches, and 72 access points covering every unit plus the outdoor pool area, so guests and owners roam on one network anywhere on the property. We manage and maintain the system on an ongoing basis, and HOA management tells us the weekly Wi-Fi complaint calls that used to come in every summer have stopped. In early 2024, the building also got upgraded from copper to fiber internet, one of the first client sites on Comcast Business EDI fiber in downtown Rehoboth Beach.

Mariner Court (24 units)
UniFi network deployed in late 2018, one of our earliest UniFi installs and the start of standardizing on the platform. It's since been upgraded to the gateway and switch hardware listed below. Like Edgewater House, this property also got upgraded from copper to fiber internet in early 2024.

Recent install: retail storefront, Sussex County
A B2B network refresh built around a Cisco Meraki MX68 firewall, two access points, and Cradlepoint LTE failover so the store stays online even if the wired internet drops. Every run is color-coded — point-of-sale, phones, Wi-Fi, and uplinks each get their own color and label, so the next tech (us or anyone else) can trace any line in seconds.
